Tory Daniewicz, MS, LMHC
Tory is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a degree in Clinical Psychology, with additional training in depression, anxiety, attachment, trauma, and play therapy.
She has twenty years of clinical experience working with a variety of ages, but is particularly experienced in working with those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or trauma, are attempting to improve interpersonal relationships, or working to identify solutions. Tory works with teens, college students, women, and families.
Tory's approach to her work
Tory uses an eclectic approach, based on individual needs and goals, including cognitive behavioral, relational, and solution focused therapy. She works to identify agreed areas of focus and then increase self understanding and compassion through lenses of current relationships, family dynamics, experiences, and learned perspectives. Tory highly values the counseling relationship and feels it is a place of respect, acceptance, and compassion.
